This was me stepping outside to do something different. This was a little difficult for me only because I have so many restrictions for foods I can not eat, however I think aside from that this will benefit anyone who can tolerate most food items.
I’m sooooo happy with the results that I was able to get with this detox. I felt really energetic and saw changes within the first day !!! It helped me realise what I can do and how determination is key. It also was a way to help me prep my body for getting back into the groove of working out everyday. This really works and creates discipline.
This plan provided such a great reset for my body and has definitely opened me up to going meat and dairy free :)
