Loved the class! Very beginner friendly and easy to follow along!

This was my first yoga class and it was absolutely amazing !!!
I am a Pilates person and had no idea what to expect, the Pilates language prepared me for the class it’s definitely a moderate intensity class and I will be back again and again !

I loved my online session in the comfort of my own home. I am not new to yoga but I learned some new sequences which I enjoyed!

Great class!

I have considered trying Yoga for some time, and am happy to have found this class. I have enjoyed the pace, and the affirmations are always spot on. Additionally, even though I am on the plus side and some of the poses are challenging, I have been able to push through and feel encouraged in each class.

This class was a tad bit more intense than my first, but I listened to my body, and I modified a few of the poses. I enjoyed the class and recommend for those who are looking to make their well-being a priority! 🙏🏾

I've paid for two sessions and have t been able to attend. The five stars is for the amazing human Ro is. I follow her on Instagram and her journey. I'm so glad that I found her and a huge supporter of her work for Black, Brown amend Indigenous people. We deserve these spaces. I was so pleased to see her offering virtual classes. Unfortunately, I'm still healing from back issues. But I know it will help. So hopefully I will be able to attend a session real soon.

Every moment was what I needed! I slept so good and felt greater when arose for my day 😌 😌. Looking forward to the next one!

I enjoyed my experience in Ro's virtual class! It was just the right amount of movements so that I could really feel the stretching in those areas. Highly recommend those sessions, if you prefer a unwinding & relaxation experience!
