Q: What time should I arrive?
A: To ensure a seamless check-in process and allow for a peaceful start to your yoga journey, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Please be advised that no entry will be permitted after 9:05 AM. This policy minimizes disruptions and helps create a harmonious environment for everyone in the class. Your prompt arrival is greatly appreciated!
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes! You can park in front on Crenshaw Blvd., on the side street, or across the street at Big Lots. The building is a small black structure in the strip across from Big Lots and near Jack in the Box.
Q: What is the temperature in the studio?
A: The studio temperature is kept warm to help your muscles stretch and relax, enhancing your yoga experience.
Q: Are cell phones allowed?
A: Yes, cell phones are allowed for recording purposes, as some students like to record themselves. However, texting and calls are not permitted during class to maintain a focused environment.
Q: Are children allowed?
A: Unfortunately, we request that this class be attended by adults 18+ only. We aim to create an environment conducive to focused and mindful practice, which may be challenging with the presence of children.
