Are children allowed?
Classes are for adults 18+ only. We maintain a calm and focused environment so everyone can fully enjoy their practice.

Do I need to be athletic to attend?
Not at all. This is a gentle, beginner friendly yoga class designed to help you relax, stretch, and reconnect with your body. The pace is slow and intentional, with plenty of guidance and options to modify each pose. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Doors close promptly at the start of class to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience.

What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.

Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available on Manchester and in nearby areas.

Can I use my phone?
Phones should remain on silent during class. You’re welcome to record your practice discreetly, but we ask that the energy in the room stays grounded and undisturbed.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing such as leggings, athletic shorts, or moisture-wicking tops. Restrictive clothing (like jeans) isn’t recommended.

Do it! You won’t regret it, I promise

This was my first time taking a yoga class, and I really enjoyed it. I originally signed up for a weekday last but got called into work that day but the instructor was very understanding and allowed me to attend the next one that weekend.

The instructor made me feel comfortable, and the directions were easy to follow. Some poses were new to me, but the pace was good, and I never felt rushed.

I left the class feeling relaxed and would definitely come back again.
