Please Purchase Only One Spot Per Person. For security and a smooth class experience, only the name on the attendance list will be admitted. If your booking name doesn’t match, access won’t be granted. Thanks for understanding. I can’t wait to flow with you!

How It Works:

  1. Reserve your spot for class.  
  2. Get the Zoom link (emailed within 2-8 hours. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder).
  3. If you don’t see the link in your email, check your Zoom app. The link will be listed under upcoming meetings for the email address you used to sign up.
  4. Join from anywhere. No commute, just relaxation.
  5. Enhance your experience with the relaxing playlist.

    Nope! This class is beginner-friendly. Whether you need a deep stretch, stress relief, or just want to flow to good music, you’re in the right place.
  • What do I need?
    Just a yoga mat (or towel), water, and a quiet space to move.
  • Will I be on camera?
    Totally up to you! Keep your camera on or off—no pressure.
  • What should I wear?
    Anything comfy; leggings, joggers, or a loose tee. Whatever lets you move freely.

Participating in the Slow Flow R&B Yoga class was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I stepped onto my mat, I felt the intentionality behind every aspect of the experience. Ro curated a soulful playlist of smooth, nostalgic R&B tracks that perfectly set the tone, creating an atmosphere that felt both grounding and emotionally freeing.

The pace of the class was ideal—slow, but not stagnant. Each movement flowed seamlessly into the next, allowing time to deepen into each posture while staying connected to the breath. Ro offered gentle cues as we progressed through each movement , encouraging participants to honor where their body was in the moment. It was a judgment-free zone filled with encouragement, mindfulness, and self-love.

What made this class stand out was the emotional depth it tapped into. The combination of soulful music, relaxing ambiance, and mindful movement made it feel more like a moving meditation than a typical yoga class. It was intimate and powerful—a full mind, body, and soul experience.

Much needed

I loved the stretching session. I needed it! I also loved the pace. Some beginner classes are so fast but this was easy to follow, I felt a good deep stretch but it was easy to follow. I’ll definitely be back!
