I wasn’t sure about this at first but I’m sooooo happy with the results. In 5 days I lost 6 pounds! That’s more than I’ve lost in over 2 months of trying different sorts of diets. It was super easy to follow and I was happily surprised by the variety of options. I’m definitely continuing this!

This was me stepping outside to do something different. This was a little difficult for me only because I have so many restrictions for foods I can not eat, however I think aside from that this will benefit anyone who can tolerate most food items.
