Frequently Asked Questions

Can beginners attend?
Of course! But you should be prepared for a moderate paced Power Vinyasa class where you’ll be moving continuously. You can always go at your own pace and take breaks as needed.

When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Doors close promptly at the start of class to ensure a smooth flow.

What should I bring?
A yoga mat, towel, and water. Everything else will be provided to ensure a comfortable experience.

Can I use my phone?
Feel free to record yourself, but your phone must remain on silent to maintain a peaceful practice.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing like leggings, athletic shorts, or moisture-wicking tops. Avoid jeans for maximum flexibility.

This class was a tad bit more intense than my first, but I listened to my body, and I modified a few of the poses. I enjoyed the class and recommend for those who are looking to make their well-being a priority! 🙏🏾
