I'm glad I did this!

I've been trying to lose weight for a few years now after having my baby and it's been extremely challenging, but this really helped. I liked that we had a lot of options on the meal plan because my biggest struggle is usually trying to figure out what to eat. The workouts are great. I was nervous to workout at home because I didn't think I could get a good workout in, but I did! I was sore for the first week but once i got the hang of everything i felt great. I am down 8 pounds in 3 weeks and I'm excited to keep going

Today was my first day in the 6 week program. The eating is very easy to follow and it gives a lot of options. The workout kicked my BUTT!!!! In a good way. The routine easy to follow. Simple yet challenging all in one. Looking forward to see what happens in 6 weeks.

Don’t hesitate, trust and freaking believe

Usually when trying to stick to a workout regime or meal plan, I go hard the first week and fall off. But for someone reason this was different. I think I thought of it as a lifestyle change and not a “diet” plus I saw everyone else’s before and after pics, and wanted to stunt like them haha. RO you have a good thing on your hands. Seeing my body change from something you created (a BLACK woman) has been amazing, and doing wonders for my self esteem. Again thank you!
