Q: Do I need a gym membership for this plan?
A: No. All workouts, yoga practices, and meditation can be done anywhere. (Gym, outdoors, bedroom, living room etc.)
Q: Do I need workout equipment?
A: Workout equipment is not required, but it will be used in this plan. If your goal is fat loss, you'll need one 10 lb. kettlebell and two 5lb. dumbbells. If your goal is muscle gain, you'll need one 15-20 lb. kettlebell and two 10lb. dumbbells.
Q: If I don't have the equipment, can I still do the plan?
A: Yes. Use household items like water bottles, canned food etc. in place of the equipment
Q: How will I receive the plan after purchasing?
A: Directly after purchasing, the plan will be sent to your email.
Q: How many times do I have to pay for this plan?
A: This is a one time purchase. You will be able to download the plan to a device and keep it forever.
Q: Is a meal plan included?

This plan is everything! From being able to choose the intensity, to the detailed workouts, yoga, and meditation. I really love this plan and will continue to do it. This plan really gives your body a different experience. I felt muscles I never knew I had, saw a change in flexibility, and my a change in my mind before and after the workout. I’ve never thought about meditating before and it actually really helped me. I feel like the meditation before the exercise helped center my mind and focus and allowed a positive attitude before my workout. If you’re looking to gain strength in your mind and body and get snatched, I definitely recommend this plan.
