Q: Do I need a gym membership?
A: No. All workouts can be done anywhere. (Gym, outdoors, bedroom, living room etc.)
Q: Do I need workout equipment?
A: No. Equipment is not required for any of the workouts. If you'd like to use equipment, you can purchase a pair or dumbbells or kettlebells. You can also use household items in place of equipment.
Q: How will I receive the plan after purchasing?
A: Directly after purchasing, the plan will be sent to your email.
Q: How many times do I have to pay for this workout plan?
A: This is a one time purchase. You will be able to download the plan to a device and keep it forever.
Q: Is a meal plan included?
A: No. This is only a workout plan. If you're looking for a workout plan and a meal plan, you need the 30 Day Women's Weight loss Plan.

I have done the weight loss plan part 1 MULTIPLE times, with weights and without, but nothing compares to this plan right here😭. If you loved part 1 like i did then you’ll love part 2. This plan makes you sweat the MOST but the results are chef’s kiss. Plus, it gives you a different set of workouts to do which i liked, i enjoyed learning to do new things.
